Abstract

An organization's employees are considered as it’s most valuable assets, and their performance has a major impact on organizational progress towards goals and fulfillment of it’s mission. In this context, human resource management plays a vital role by performing important tasks such as recruiting, training, and promoting talented human resources. The purpose of this study is to scientifically survey the studies in the literature on the consequences of human resources management on organizational performance. For this purpose, articles indexed in Scopus (Elsevier), ERIC, SID, Mogiran, Irandoc and Google Scholar databases were used. During the compilation process of the research, preferred reporting items for systematic reviews and Meta-Analysis (PRISMA) were used. While scanning, to reach articles examining the effect of human resources management on organizational performance; Study was directed within the room of the keywords "human resources management", "performance management", and "organizational performance". The article group examined included 60 articles, and the articles with an uncertain sample size and in which the application method was not well defined were eliminated during the study process. The results showed that the correct implementation of human resources management programs increases the efficiency and productivity in the organization, along with the job satisfaction, and organizational commitment of the employees, so the organization will be more successful in achieving goals.
